Education

To uphold the constitutional rights of all citizens and eliminate profiteering in the name of education, the quality of education in government institutions will be significantly enhanced. This improvement will be aligned with national needs and meet international standards through scientifically grounded methods.

Education will prioritize instruction in students’ mother tongues, supporting cultural preservation and deeper comprehension. Additionally, facilities for sports, cultural activities, literature, and other extracurricular opportunities will be provided to students, along with initiatives to reinstate student organizations.

The reach of technical and technological education will be broadened, extending offerings up to the university level. Efforts will be made to increase the education budget to 5%, with particular emphasis on enhancing funding for higher education.
