Organizational Governing Structure
Party Workers’ Council (PWC)
is the highest powerful body of the party. All Policy Decisions, Organizational Structures, Manifestos, etc. can only be approved by PWC. All Central committee members are elected and dismissed with the approval of the PWC.
A PWC Member will be elected as a delegate for five (5) years. He/She would represent the local party at the Union Council Level and will represent a minimum of 50,000 population of that area.
The meeting of the PWC will be held twice in five (5) years.

Central Executive Committee (CEC)
shall be the highest day-to-day decision-making body of the party and shall be responsible for the implementation of the Party’s Policies, Strategies, and Programs.
The CEC shall consist of a Chairman, a Senior Vice Chairman, two (2) Vice Chairmen, a General Secretary, two (2) Joint Secretaries, a Finance Secretary, an Information Secretary, and sixteen (16) members.
Representation of Students, Workers, Farmers, and Women among the members of the CEC is mandated.
Central Support Committee (CSC)
The purpose of the CSC is to form a workforce consisting of party workers with experience and relevant skills to carry out all the administrative and political responsibilities of the members of the CEC, smoothly and efficiently.
The Head of each committee of the CSC shall be a member of the CEC.
Maximum number of members of the CSC is seven (7).
The subcommittee is divided into five (5) different branches
- Audit and Finance Committee ( Chairman, Finance Secretary, Professional Financial Expert, and 5 other members)
- Secretariat Committee ( Member CEC Chairman and 6 other members)
- Political and Leadership Committee (Member CEC Chairman and 6 other members)
- Media and Publication Committee (Member CEC Chairman and 6 other members)
- Legal Aid Committee (Member CEC Chairman and 6 other members)
Party Central Departments
The CSC will work with the following departments for its responsibilities and support towards the party
- Department of Research and Analysis (to collect circumstantial and evidence-based data and analysis for the party leadership and policy documentation)
- Department of Fact Finding and Disciplinary Measures
- Department of Election and Demography
- Department of Student Politics
- Department of Professional Capacity Building (Workers)
- Department of Grievances
Provincial Committees
The party has four (4) provincial committees, while Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir’s committees are according to their political structure. The four provincial committees will have seven (7) members each. These members are the Provincial President, Vice President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Information Secretary, and two (2) members.
The provincial committees will be assisted by the following committees
- Political Coordination Committee
- Organization Committee
- Provincial Election Cell
Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir regional committees will have five (5) members each. Convenor, two (2) Deputy Convenors, and two (2) members.
District Committees
The district committees are very important in the entire party structure, based on the current administrative and geographical structure of Pakistan, the district committees of the party have special authority.
The district committees will have seven (7) members. The President, Vice President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Information Secretary, and two (2) members.
The district committees will be assisted by the following committees;
- Local Body Committee
- Urban-Rural Coordination Committee
- Election cell
- Organization committee
- Social Media Committee
Town Committees
The Town Committees will provide support to all Union Councils or Village Councils within the town limits in Political, Organizational, and Administrative matters. A Town Committee will consist of 5 members. The bodies will be the President, the General Secretary, and three (3) members.
Union Councils OR Village Councils
The Union Council or Village Council Committee will have five (5) members. The bodies will be the President, General Secretary, and three (3) members.
The committee will be assisted by two (2) Assistant Committees

- Local Body Committee
